Dr Stiina Leinonen's parents emigrated to Australia in the 1950s. She was born here as were her 2 brothers. Her family went back to Finland in 1981 and she attended school in Finland for 5 years and matriculated from High School there. She applied to study Dentistry at University of Queensland and was accepted and then graduated in December 1991 with a Bachelor of Dental Science. She is fluent in both English and Finnish. She welcomes patients from all backgrounds.
